Description
Sally’s STEM Shack is a maker space at Camp Snyder. It has a laser cutter, a 3D printer, CNC mill, electronics and soldering equipment. workbenches, teaching space and more. It’s a great place for units/districts to hold build days, work on STEM adventures, NOVA award activities as well as Merit Badges. If you are ready to innovate this is the place for you.
Training Required
In order to rent Sally’s STEM shack units must first coordinating equipment training with the council STEM team. Once a unit has a leader trained on the STEM Shack equipment they will be able to rent the space for unit activities. Please contact the Camp office at 571 248 4904 for training information.
